Cuteness !
Most of my friends know that I'm addicted to adorable things EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. Things like ladybugs, daisies and recently (last two years) birds. Recently my friend Sara gave me the most adorable pair of daisy earrings and they were presented to me in the most fashionable way so I thought I would share this with you. She is a clever one that Sara. Thank you Sara!!
Sewing adventures
As I have been sewing for myself mostly I decided to make something for my Mum.
My Mum loves to cook and bake. Among all the delicious treats she always makes for me and my husband oh yeah and my Dad she also makes the most amazing cakes and crapes in the world!!! So I thought it would be very appropriate to make her a stylish apron.

I have been busy crafting and making blankets and quilts and reconstructing my husbands clothing to fit me (don't tell him he he) Here is one of my projects finished. I love this simple cozy blanket made out of the softest cotton.

Shoe of the day
Camper is one of my favourite shoe labels of all time. The twin line has the most unique shoe designs where every shoe is completely different and adorable !!
Trend of the day
I have been slacking when it comes to my blog no good not good at all. My excuse....well my computer had a bit of meltdown. NOOOOOOO!!! It's ok crisis averted and we (computer and I) are back in action and ready for anything!!
Summer weather is here finally in my neck of the woods anyway and I'm thrilled to get all the summer frocks out the storage.
One of the trends for this summer as most summers in the past is a kaftan/tunic, today they come in many lengths and are not only reserved for the beach. I have to say that this one here caught my eye.I love the silk flowing fabric, geometric patterns and colors. In the daytime pair it with jeans, or white pants/jeans which is another huge trend right now. In the evening put on a pair of sexy heels and you are good to go.
