I always wanted to learn how to smock and here is my 1st attempt. I made a sample of honeycomb smocking (see white fabric) and then the pink piece is actually a detail on a top I'm making so stay tuned for more pictures. I have to say that it's an amazing feeling watching it come to live as you hand sew and manupulate the fabric into amazing patterns. I love smocking !!!
